Items in stock are shipped in 2 to 10 business days

If Items are out of stock at the oder, we do our best to produce your order in priority, and we'll inform you by email about the final delivery time (30 to 45 business days).

The ordered product is delivered by post or by an independent carrier according to your selection when ordering, to the address on the buyer's order form.

For security reasons, all our shipments are delivered with signatures with a loss / theft insurance.

The Customer will be able to track his package using the tracking number which will be communicated to him by email when the order is sent.

This address may differ from the address of the payer.

In the event that the buyer is absent during the delivery of the ordered product, it is his responsibility to collect his delivery at the address mentioned by La Poste receiver or by the carrier and according to the methods specified by the latter , on the calling card deposited at the delivery address.

In the absence of the delivery within the period shown on this notice, the corresponding package is returned to SILVERSTUDIO DIFFUSION, which reserves the right to reimburse the buyer as soon as possible, the costs of return of the delivery being retained from the amount total of the order, and keep the product that the buyer had ordered.

In the event of non-conformity of the delivered product compared to the indications appearing in the order form or damage related to the conditions of transport noted at the time of the delivery, the seller undertakes to remedy it or to reimburse the buyer.

In the event of damage, the buyer expresses his reservations by contacting SILVERSTUDIO DIFFUSION by e.mail at contact@silverstudiodiffusion.com.

In this regard, it is the buyer's responsibility to check the content, compliance and condition of the product upon delivery. This verification is deemed to have been carried out as soon as the buyer, or a person authorized by him, has signed the delivery slip presented by the receiver of La Poste or by the carrier.

Delivery times are variable depending on your choice of delivery method. These deadlines are indicative, and SILVERSTUDIO DIFFUSION cannot be held responsible for exceeding this deadline. In particular for reasons of force majeure such as strikes or bad weather preventing deliveries, may not give rise to any cancellation of the order, to any reduction in the price paid by the buyer, and to no payment as damages.

Any delay or failure to perform the services provided for herein will not constitute a fault attributable to SILVERSTUDIO DIFFUSION to the extent that it can be justified that this delay is due to a case of force majeure as defined by the regulations.

Custom taxes at arrival in country can be applied, and are at the charge of the customer.

You must carefully check the contents of the package upon receipt and, in the event of damage or missing items, do not fail to make precise and reasoned reservations on the delivery receipt. Otherwise, you have a legal period of three (3) days, not including holidays, from the receipt of the package to make these reservations by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt directly from the carrier, in accordance with article L. 133-3 of the Commercial Code.

The jewels are carefully wrapped in a "VON DUTCH JEWELRY" pouch.
